How to Delete Your Account
We regret to see you go. Before proceeding with account deletion, please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to proceed with account deletion, please follow these steps:
- Open the dataDex app on your mobile device
- Open the navigation drawer and navigate to your Profile
- In the Account section, tap on the "Delete" button
- Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account
If you encounter any issues or require assistance, please contact support using the button below.
Important Information About Active Subscriptions
Before proceeding with account deletion, please ensure that you have canceled any active subscriptions:
- Check for active subscriptions in your Google Play Store account
- Cancel any active subscriptions to prevent future billing
- Wait for your current subscription period to end
Important Information
Upon requesting account deletion:
- All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers
- Your Google Play Store or Apple App Store purchases will remain intact and accessible when using the app without a dataDex account
- Certain features, including but not limited to "Data Backup & Restore" functionality for your profile (including settings, teams, and other customizations), will not be available without a dataDex account
- The account deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete
